Myra Christensen

Myra Christensen is known as Farm Grandma by her Grandchildren.  She lives on a small farm where she loves writing  stories for children about the cows, goats, miniature horses, and other animals she and her husband have raised. 

Her hobbies are, gardening, cooking, and traveling in her RV to beautiful parks in America. She enjoys biking, hiking, exploring, and being in nature.

Myra loves music. She has played in local orchestras, studied cello performance and been a cello and piano teacher. Her current passion is learning to play the ukulele like her father who learned to play while living in Samoa.

Patricia Lee Christensen

Artist, Patricia Lee Christensen, grew up in rural Washington state. She was blessed with an encouraging family who provided lots of recycled paper to create her early artistic efforts. Later her college education was in commercial graphic design.

Over the years her employment included educational graphic design, stained glass design, pastel portraiture, design for screen printing and free lance projects.

Patricia now works in various media including digital illustration, watercolor, oil, pen & ink and soft pastel. She is experienced in both group and private instruction.

Most recently she’s been teaching workshops on art journaling and is passionate about encouraging others to discover the joy of recording the everyday through sketching & painting.
